OLD BUSINESS: Joanne & Joyce getting door prizes for banquet.
Barb is getting the cake.
MAINTENANCE:We are purchasing 15 panels for the practice arena that will cost $1,500.
HOT TOPICS: Membership dues for 2012 are:
Family = $40.00
Couple = $30.00
Single = $20.00
NEW BUSINESS: - Missie will check on a new crown as the old
one is damaged.
- By Laws need to be updated – Meeting Feb 23rd.
- John Dahl to check on new trophies.
- February 14th meeting has been canceled.
- Vicky to check on new Trail Dusters apparel
DUST BUSTERS: Ted & Shawnna will manage
the kitchen in 2012 and have
some new ideas for food!
Show Committee: Meeting for show committee is Feb 2nd, 7pm at Medina.
If anyone wants to ride Barrels at the
Hamel Rodeo, the sign up is February 1st at
8am at the Hamel Bank..
